Our gifts have been made with love and care and we hope you'll love them as much as we do.

Our keepsake gift boxes are made of natural wood so please note that there may be some imperfections in the wood that we can't control. Although every effort has been made to remove any rough edges please handle your boxes with care to avoid small splinters from the wood. April & Bloom cannot be held responsible if this does occur.

Our gifts and items are subject to availability. If your order is processed and any of the items are out of stock we will get in touch as soon as possible to discuss your order.
In-transit some of your items may move position. To keep them safe we may wrap some of the items in your boxes, so we advise that you open your boxes to check and re-arrange before gifting them on.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
