delivery & Returns
Please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed and up to 5 working days for your order to arrive. If you require your gifts to be delivered in time for a specific date or event please get in touch to discuss your order. Bespoke orders will have a longer delivery time and will be discussed when ordering.
Once your item has been shipped it's the customers responsibility to accept the delivery. Please get in touch with the delivery service if you miss your delivery.
If your orders are being delivered to multiple addresses please create a separate order for each recipient.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out and added to your order. The costs may depend on the weight, size and destination of your gifts and will be added to your final purchase cost.
Please note: we only currently deliver within the UK.
In-transit some of your items may move position. To keep them safe we may wrap some of the items in your boxes, so we advise that you open your boxes to check and re-arrange before gifting them on.
We hope you love your gifts from April & Bloom just as much as we do, however if you have an issue with your order please contact us and we'll be sure to make it right.
Unless damaged or incorrect we don't currently accept returns due to change of mind, please get in touch if you wish to discuss your order.
If your order is damaged in transit, we ask that you reject the parcel from the courier and let us know. If you realise once received please get in touch. As some of our products are fragile, please handle your boxes with care.
